"My husband and I have stayed at many hotels while traveling for business, but this one was by far the worst—specifically because breakfast was not included. I paid $123 online, a price that included an additional $11 fee for breakfast for two people. However, when we went down to eat at 9:00 AM—and were already halfway through our meal—the staff presented us with a bill. When I approached the server to clarify, they informed me that breakfast was *not* included and that we would have to pay an additional $30 USD. I will definitely not be staying here again."

"My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition."
