"Bugs in room, elevator did not work all the time, got stuck in the box, Office locked all morning for check out. Office does not answer the phone or after hours emergency phone no one answers or calls you back. Keys do not work to get into room, had to stay another place for one Friday night. No refund. Phone in room does not work. No toilet paper. Nothing in Kitchen. No hangers, no soap."

"We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. "

"Fix light bulbs and bathroom handles but fix the ceiling, air conditioning and mirror. "

"Very clean safe area, staff were very nice. Easy in and out. Plenty of restaurants near by in walking distance. Key entry into building is very nice. "
