"Remote control did not turn the TV. TV buttons didnt operate TV. No breakfast offered. Indoor pool doesnt work. Roaches all over. Wifi is only for phone usage. Microwave in my room was broken. Heater external was raggedy. Housekeeping didnt come. The whole weekend."
