"I really liked this hotel. Everything felt clean, well kept, and the place overall is well equipped. Kenia at the front desk was honestly the highlight. Super kind and professional. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to because of her. I had a last-minute flight issue and she helped me extend a few hours past checkout. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and that meant a lot. Room was good, breakfast is decent (depends on your Hilton status), and there’s a bar if you don’t feel like going out. Prices are a bit high, but that’s expected. Overall, solid stay. Would definitely come back. "

"We recently stayed at this location and overall the hotel itself was very nice and extremely clean. The location is a major plus, everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and shops, which made our stay very convenient. However, we were a bit disappointed with a few aspects of the experience. The evening reception was not what we expected, as snacks were not consistently replenished, and we even had to search for plates. Breakfast was also underwhelming, items ran out quickly, and we often had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be refilled. We’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites locations before and have never had this experience, so this was a bit surprising. While the property itself is beautiful and well-kept, the service during food times could definitely be improved."
