"Brilliant facilities "

"The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query."

"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"

"I get the stay is cheap and cannot expect the world... but i am not exaggerating when i say that nothing worked. TV didn't work, shower drain system was blocked, bed springs were sticking out. Black mould in the room also. "
