Our spacious 90 sqm three-room apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking a comfortable and modern stay, accommodating up to six guests. Recently furnished with new furniture, the apartment features bright spaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.​

Upon entering, a refined corridor leads to the generous open-plan living area, perfect for relaxation and enjoyable moments. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. In the living area, a cozy sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table set the scene for delightful dinners together.​

The sleeping quarters offer two comfortable and functional bedrooms: the first with two single beds that can be combined according to guests' needs, and the second with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy. A second full bathroom is also available for guests.​

The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts for a worry-free stay, including autonomous heating and free Wi-Fi connection. For an impeccable welcome, we provide a personal hygiene kit, fresh linens, and toilet paper.

Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
