Good hotel, friendly staff

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Didn’t try the evening food as we were out but the menu looked appetising.

Wonderful 5-night Stay

Extremely clean and neat hotel with all the amenities you need for a business or personal or business/personal trip. I stayed for five nights, found the front desk and restaurant staff helpful and pleasant. The breakfast included is a bonus and quite delicious. Walking distance to the convention center was a huge perk. Steps away from a bus stop and about a 30-40 minute walk to town center which I offset with the electric bikes available and city bus.

There must be better alternatives in Bologna!

First time ever experience for me, the toilet was not cleaned from the previous guest! The rest of the room was however cleaned. The staff in the reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was chaotic, you had to fight to get a cup of coffee our something to put on your sandwich. It was of course a lot of people because of an ongoing trade fair, but that is also the whole idea of the hotel.

Very irresponsible services and unhealthy stay

I never satyed in such a discomfort and bad hotels. Starting from the check-in to check-out so irresponsible. I had to change the rooms twice, not cleaned and ventilation is not good. The reception staffs are not helpful, you can rarely found the staffs to listen your issues or request. Even for hot water you need to pay and come down to the Bar and wait till they come. Nothing positive to say. I had to stay for my business anyway. I'll recommend not to consider this hotel if you are peace-loving and expect hassle free stay. Thoung you pay a lot but service is very poor.

Muy buen hotel a 20 minutos andando de la estación central. Personal muy amable en recepción y desayuno muy completo. Sólo mejorable el calor en los pasillos y habitación.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast

The room was really comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. The location isnt the greatest if you want to explore Bologna old town, but its about a 20-25 minute walk to Centrale station. But still, the price was very good for the comfort and breakfast
