Howling gale outside whistled through the windows and was very disturbing. Food was poor - acknowledged this was a match day. Staff all friendly and helpful. Convenient for public transport and train to Manchester

The weather has been pretty bad recently and unfortunately due to the location we can receive the worst of the inclement weather here in Horwich. We are in the process of a maintenance programme and some of our bedrooms are currently being upgraded, this will take a number of months, however, we will allocate you a different room if you wish to stay again in the future. Good clean hotel - near restaurants and other shops. Good check-in. Check out - the women on the desk needs to smile and look at least half interested - Her behaviour was not proffessional

Business Trip to Bolton Whites Stadium Hotel
The Bolton Whites Hotel is a very nicely designed hotel built into the side of the football stadium. My stay was for business and there were some issues to report. There were not enough staff to man the breakfast area. The coffee machines were out of action most days, the tables were not cleared and food options ran out regularly. Toiletries in my room were not automatically replenished. And one of the two lifts broke down twice in my total of 7 nights stay.

Such a good sleep. Corridors really quiet, I didn’t hear a thing all night. Lovely room and great staff. I will definitely be staying again.

We booked this hotel to stay over night with the little one, the hotel is super clean staff are amazing and very helpful and they didn't even charge for little ones milk we would definitely be staying there again...when you have staff this good it makes the stay even amazing... Well don'e keep up the amazing work

Hotel was in a great location for a footbal game. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby as well as plenty of parking. Room was functional and warm. Staff was very friendly.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The beds were comfortable. We were disappointed with the breakfasts. Refilling was slow and considering the price, selection of cold dishes could have been better.

WiFi was a bit patchy and the decor is a little dated, however very good other than that. Nicely set out with a big bar area; friendly staff; very comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good value for money.

Lovely hotel
I was impressed with how classy the hotel looks. Good sized room with comfy bed. Good bath and shower. Air conditioning kept the room cool at night. Nice bar area. Plenty of parking (just remember to register your number plate). I would stay there again. Only minor grumbles were one lift had a fault, and the two coffee machines at breakfast were very slow

Fanttastic 2 nights, deffo recommend.
The room was huge, the facilities were excellent. best night sleep ive had in a hotel for a long time! Loved that the room had a fan and a heater if needed. Genuinly lovely.

Disappointing
The original twin room I was given had lots of space but bathroom was awful. Was told the hotel was full but after showing a photo of the mould around the bath & shower, another room became available. One of the two lifts was broken. One of the two coffee machines at breakfast was broken. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Bar area was nice. Superb location for stadium of course & the arena just a few minutes away.

The evening meal I’d advise you to avoid. That chef back there needs serious guidance on how to present a meal. Certainly won’t dine there again but appreciative of the refund after a rubbish meal.
