"We booked. Got there and the carpet in the halls is vile. I know thereโs foot traffic but we immediately felt uncomfortable. Part of this includes a floor that was uneven and peeling up. A lock that could be undone with a screwdriver easily from the outside hallway! Windows wide open to air out what exactly? Burn marks on the one rooms floor. We canceled. Just had a terrible vibe and the photos online are very deceiving. In addition, not the best feeling while walking around the neighborhood. "

"It's just a hotel. It's a motel where couples can take a short break. It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."

"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important.
They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I donโt know yet because I could not see"
