We had a great one night stay. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and lovely in the beautiful sun room. It was a perfect place to stay as we made our way through the highlands and pitlochry.

No laundry facilities for guest use—only laundry service. Otherwise fabulous! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early in the morning, which was a lifesaver because we were wiped out from traveling. They helped us figure out how to use the train station when we were leaving as well. The train station is a stone’s throw from the hotel—very convenient. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The biggest issue we had was the piles of garbage outside of the front door There was also a light at the front door inside that was very bright. Other than that it was close to everything and comfortable. We would recommend to friends.

The room was tatty and the bathroom sink was really slow to drain. The breakfast was the only good thing about the stay, it was actually really good! Location was central but for the price, I thought the room was tired, carpet stained, sink not draining properly and shower water barely warm. Staff not very helpful and if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant you need a reservation in advance, so not very helpful. I wouldn't stay again.
