"Spaciousness and view the best things. Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress."

"The hotel in a good location to access sites in the area It was clean. Breakfast was good. April 2024 it says under renovation. The rooms need some improvements (just worn) but appears this is underway. Lobby and dining area and pool looked great. "

"We love visiting Blowing Rock. Our first weekend stay in this little town. Hillwinds Inn is a quaint and retro place. My husband and I felt like we stepping back in time when we walked in. Was within walking distance to all of shopping and dining. There were some plumbing issues that we did let management know of. Mattresses could be replaced. Overall would recommend!"

"This is an amazing little one bedroom cabin!! It was a great place for me and 2 other adults to stay! This cabin is advertised that breakfast is included, that is incorrect. It is also advertised as " 2 queens". What it has is a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed and a queen air mattress. Either way, the sleeping arrangements worked well for us! This little cabin is directly behind the owners house. We actually did not see the owner the entire time we were there, but they were very prompt to...
