Wonderful, wonderful staff, everyone of them. So very close to the fabulous outdoor market, le Marche de Capucins. The property, interior planted courtyards all meticulously kept. Thank you all!

Best and most hospitable front desk staff. Recommendation for dinner at a local French restaurant called Frida exceptional . Within walking distance of all of central charming Botdeaux

We did find the studio very small & counter space none so difficult to prep your food. The Cleaning Manager which I don’t know her name went above and beyond to help us get settled. Very Professional, Polite, & always acknowledging you when you cross path with a smile.

Good location. Room was clean, bathroom was massive for getting ready, and had a fridge and other small cooking amenities/a fridge in the room if needed. Staff were truly amazing, the lady checking us out today was switching between French, Spanish and English with each guest in line flawlessly while checking us all out so quickly, was truly impressive! There wasn’t a time during our stay when we came through the doors of the property and weren’t greeted with a friendly hello, as somebody that’s worked in hospitality and in a hotel the staff here deserve huge kudos!! Front desk was also happy to help us with bag storage on our last day while checking out as well which was lovely. Would stay here again.

Property is advertised as an apartment but is really a tiny hotel room with 3 burners. I had to crawl out the end of the bed because it was against a wall and there was only about a foot on the other side. Breakfast was American quality

Good location very pleasant.
Very pleasant stay in good location within walking distance of main attractions. Very accommodative hosts. Haven't been disturbed during stay and have been able to order Uber Eats to the hotel front. The only downside of the room is the big window on the side of the room facing the stairs - need to remember to close the curtains in the future.

JoAnn and Simon were impressively helpful, JoAnn at check-in and Simon finding directions to the Citadel de Blaye. He showed us goggle images of the the bus transfer point. Excursion was simple thanks to him. The hotel breakfast is very good. The only slight drawback was not being aware of room size. We should have chosen a larger one. But the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It’s a very pleasant, clean, well-run and staffed hotel.

First off the staff were very friendly and obliging. The desk staff were multi-lingual and switched between languages easily to accommodate guests. I also thought that they were very helpful to guests needing assistance, there was a wheelchair user when I was there and visitors with large bags. The accommodation seems modern and is all in good order. Our room was on the smaller side but comfortable with a good sized shower room. The facility has a self service laundry which is easy to use. A breakfast is available but we didn't take it The accommodation is about 20 mins walk from the railway station and about 5mins walk from the edge of the city centre. I would certainly consider staying again

This is a newer hotel in a convenient location, and we appreciated the staff help and loved the hotel landscaping. The room is small (as expected) but unfortunately not well designed to accommodate two people with two bags. The WiFi worked less than half the time in our room so planning and reservations were inconvenient. We recommend for one person or a couple not spending much time to relax in the room, or if you need a good washer/dryer which is available in the building.

Convenient
The location was great, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The street in front of the hotel was blocked due to road construction, and the sidewalk on the hotel side was narrow and a mixture of gravel and dirt. Not their fault, but it made access challenging. In fact, I had to carry my rolling luggage a good distance. Once there, though, it was possible to access from the rear of the complex, which was unobstructed. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable, and convenient to the sites (and not far from tram stop).

Very personable staff - accommodating….hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was generous…overall a great experience. We did have some road construction happening during our stay, but we were still able to get in and out of the property easily.
