Beautiful old building. Excellent customer service from the receptionist on arrival and departure - very friendly and welcoming. Room and well equipped and maintained. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

We only had a quick overnight stay for the hospital the next day. The place looked amazing — it was smart and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, no messing about. The room was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint was that there were no plugs by the bedside table. But overall, we were really happy with our stay and would recommend it

Lovely hotel

Beautiful room. Stunning building. I was in the Piccadilly room and it has lovely views and is a really comfortable room. Stairs to get to room are narrow and could be awkward if you are less mobile, so bear this in mind. Its a lovely hotel, and I am looking forward to staying again.
