"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable."

"Beautifully designed hotel! It is truly a gem in Bolzano and I wish that we had stayed a few more nights! We truly enjoyed our spacious well-thought-out room and the walk-in shower was definitely a welcome site since they are very rare to find in European hotels. The breakfast was great and the area where you can spread out to eat was also nice because it allows you to visit with other travelers if you so choose. The location is also perfect. It is a short walk to the bus stop and train station. The hotel also provide you a free transit card that you can also use for the gondola. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "
