Borrowash Holidays

We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. We pet friendly restaurant was lovely albeit dirty wine glasses on the tables covered in lipstick. The starer came out way to quick literally took our order and bang it was on the table. Overall we enjoyed our stay just needs a little attention to detail.

Great stay, spa was great, but be aware which package you choose

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Sam, who seemed to be everywhere, and the hotel grounds were picturesque and well kept. The food at the wedding we attended was excellent. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the shower worked well and was a good temperature. Our only slight issue was the shower screen, which was not fully watertight, resulting in water on the floor in the bathroom, which needed hand towels to mop up the excess water, We enjoyed our stay.
