"This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site. "This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. "The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. "

"It was the first time booking through Vrbo and with Northshore Holiday Park and was a really great experience and stay. It’s a quiet place which is what we like and the night entertainment was good as well. We will definitely be booking it again for next year."

"The flat was well appointed generally and nicely finished. I had 2 issues, the first being that the electric heaters did not works and even though i downloaded a manual, they would not come on. It was a bit cold so i used the fan oven with the door open to warm the flat up. Not ideal and not economical. The second issue was the lack of a frying pan. Bed was very comfy and despite the issues, I would stay here again."

"Disappointed with cleanliness and facilities at the flat, only one dinner plate and cereal bowl, no baking trays for oven. Lots of dust on lights and fittings. Fridge door blocked with ice so wouldn’t shut, I fixed that myself. On the positive side the TV wasn’t working and a very helpful person came and fixed it very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. "

The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. "

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
