"Staff,bedroom and breakfast where absolutely perfect. Staff where attentive and happy which is rare nowadays. However the price of parking is mental £15 a night and isnt included in your stay. Why isnt it included in the room"

"Room was better than expected based on reviews, they do need some updating but it was absolutely fine for our stay. Communal areas were nice and we enjoyed our breakfast. We will be back next year for the next reunion."

"We had an excellent stay in a lovely hotel ideally placed to explore Lincoln. The staff were incredibly friendly and very welcoming and and helpful. Will definitely return to stay when visiting Lincoln."

"Lovely small quete place to stay there's no places to eat but less then a mile away at least three pubs with food and a Tesco lots of fish to catch if you are into that . Can't wait to go back"

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel however this was the first time I'd stayed in room 9, and I found the bed to bed quite firm. Apart from that no faults"
