"Perfect stay , lovely clean hotel in great location . Eve on reception was fabulous , lovely added extras with it being our anniversary , Thankyou ! Oo and not forgetting the delicious cookies on arrival . "

"The hotel was absolutely fabulous, our room was very clean & had a welcoming feel. Having a bath & shower (both great) we was spoilt for choice so used both of them. The bed was so comfortable it was a shame we wasn’t able to layin & make the most of the stay. Unfortunately due to our schedule we checked in late evening & checked out early morning. We also used the restaurant for the evening meal which was also excellent, shame we wasn’t able to stay for the breakfast menu. "

"We stayed as we were attending a family reunion in the area. Our daughter and family were also staying and we had family rooms which were spacious and clean with comfortable beds for all. Breakfast was separately taken in the adjoining inn and was excellent value for money - and freshy cooked!! "

"Hotel staff wonderful and friendly. Food amazing. Room comfortable but decor not good. Bathroom had some damp issues, particularly the door at the bottom. "

"I love this hotel it’s probably the 4th time now but please sort out the showers and the room is too hot, if you invested in air conditioning and some better showers I think you would easily be 4 star not 3 "

"Fantastic stay. Room was lovely and spacious. Swimming pool was great for kids and adults. We tried the driving range with the family and the interactive games were fun. Excellent location for Belton House and the garden centre ice house had nice gelato ice cream. Only negatives were there were no more bananas or decaf tea at breakfast but it was extremely busy on the bank holiday."

"Didn't dislike anything. The room needed updating & TLC. Facilities were fine as I'd paid a reduced rate. Friendly welcome & reception. Issue with radiator dealt with very quickly. I'm staying again in June & would happily book & stay again later in the year"
