Studio Allston Hotel
I stayed in the past and it was pretty good, however this time when I booked the room, it was bad. The room wasn’t as clean and the room had a musty wet odor to it. I had originally booked for a 2 night stay and ended up leaving the next morning.

Seaport Hotel Boston
First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great.
