"Cathy at the customer service area was fantastic! She was so kind and attentive to our group. We rented a wheel chair and the staff there was kind, as well. The room was comfortable. The room service staff was so nice. They sang “happy birthday” to my 4-year old granddaughter and touched all of our hearts. The experience was good and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories."
