"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room had a noticeable odor, the restroom sink was dirty, and the shower curtain smelled unpleasant. The sheets, towels, and comforter were worn out and clearly overdue for replacement. The condition of the room also left much to be desired. One of the vanity lights in the restroom didn’t work, and the round vanity mirror lights were completely out, making the space dim and uninviting. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. When I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the Mistere supervisor (man with purple dyed hair), he was unhelpful, showing no concern for resolving the problem. Very poor customer service! Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional service made my stay unpleasant and frustrating."

"Check in was a nightmare. Our keys did not work the next day and we were stuch in the elevator going up and down then when I qent to change the key front desk did not apologize and just told me to get news ones with an attitutwe. You need better service at the front desk. Elevators were not working at one time and I was traveling with a disabled person. Wheelchair accessibility was terrible. I would not stay again."

"We had an amazing time at this property, the staff were respectful and amazing. they were able to accommodate a late check-in for a small fee and upgraded us to a room with a breathtaking view on request. The room was in great condition, we loved our stay."
