North View House is located on the border of Cumbria and Northumberland, right next to Hadrian's Wall . It is a detached property, with it's own parking area to the rear . There are spectacular views to the front , gardens to the front and side, with outside seating and a deck. It is an ideal property for four adults or family using 3 king size double beds Amenities available... Fully working kitchen, includes hob, oven, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer; . A breakfast table completes the kitchen. The kitchen can open into the conservatory. An open lounge and dining area for 6 people with 2 sofas, dining table, smart tv, wifi, and central heating radiators. There are spectacular views to the front from this room 3 x Double king size bedrooms with, wardrobes and , hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hangers. 2 Bathrooms with bath & double shower cubicle Take away delivery is available at the property
Set in the village of Gilsland, there are many amenities to hand within a 5 min walk - the local cafe which specialises in handmade cakes and sandwiches as well as providing basic shopping essentials like milk, bread, toiletries. There are 2 local pub , 1 serving food, and a part time post office. You can also walk within a couple of minutes down to the Hadrian's Wall milecastle ruins and look out over the waterfall. Further afield there are many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Not to mention the various sites of interest, including Hadrian's Wall and the roman forts/castles. There is an outdoor swimming pool leisure centre in nearby village along with private indoor swimming pool facilities which are charged by the hour (must be booked in advanced). LONGER STAYS : For stays of 1 month or more, the use of electricity and heating oil is included up to a fair use cap of £250 per calendar month. Additional use will be charged separately. Interim cleaning is not included on stays over 1 week. A cleaner can be provided at local rates. Fresh bedding and towels and 1 change will be provided for stays over 1 week. A washing machine is provided to clean your bedding and towels beyond this
