Hi! I'm seldom in my flat as I travel around a lot, so trying monetise this opportunity as much as possible. Please see description below:

It is a 2-bedroom that is well maintained and has modern furnishings. As you enter the property there is a large corridor that leads you nicely through the apartment and separates both bedrooms. So it's great for a night out in Leeds with friends.

The master bedroom is huge and with a wardrobe you can use, while the second bedroom being slightly smaller. Both have easy access to the bathroom.

The living room is open-plan with a kitchen you can use. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, and oven. The dining area has a view of the river and wooden bench for entertaining.

As the headline suggests, the apartment is situated in the heart of the city centre and is ideal for commuters who require the train out of the city or walk in to Leeds City Centre, including popular shopping malls like Trinity Leeds and The Light!
