"Room was clean looked just like the pictures. Staff was friendly. Terrika ( may not have spelled her name right) she was wonderful felt like I had a friend while I was in Pittsburgh. Food was great. "

"I work in housekeeping so I kind of check everywhere when I get into a room everything seemed clean until I checked the tops of the headboards you can knit a sweater with the amount of dust that was on the tops of the headboards also the picture frames were dusty other than that the rooms were clean The staff was very friendly when my TV refused to work the lady made it her business to come to my room from the front desk and rectify the situation so other than the little bit of dust four and a half out of five stars"

"It was so convenient to hospital and other Pittsburgh sights. Beautiful lobby and wonderful breakfast. Rooms were great too! Everyone so helpful!"
