"We wanted a quiet night's stay but unfortunately the air conditioner made LOUD noises all night, which impacted my stay negatively. "

"The apartment is in a clearly uninhabitable and unsanitary condition. Upon entering, there is an immediate and persistent sewage odor coming from the bathroom, suggesting underlying plumbing issues. This is reinforced by a note attached to the showerhead indicating known piping issues, raising concerns about both hygiene and functionality. The unit has not been properly cleaned. There is visible debris on the bed, indicating that linens were not changed or the space was not prepared for a new guest. The bathtub is also dirty, with residue and buildup that make it unsuitable for use. The windows are so heavily coated with grime that they are effectively opaque, making it difficult to see outside and contributing to the overall sense of neglect. In addition, the apartment is excessively hot and uncomfortable. The thermostat is not working and the air conditioning is not functioning. I have texted the host regarding these issues and have received no response. The temperature inside the unit has reached approximately 87 degrees, making the space feel like a sauna and not reasonably livable. Overall, the condition of the apartment falls well below basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability expected for a short-term rental."

"I loved That it was pet friendly for a decent price per night. The hotel is undergoing some construction so it was definitely dirty is some areas. The pool is nice size but the area around the pool is a little dirty. The hot tub was not working. The breakfast was ok. I would’ve appreciated if the website let us know that there was construction going on though. The staff at the front desk were very kind. I’d stay again maybe after construction is done. "

"No never got to check in was informed an hour prior to arrival that we were uunable to check into the rental. We were already almost to the place. They said there was damage from the last tenants and that we would receive our money in 15 days. Never offered to help us find another option or anything. We had to stay at a cheap hotel room the door handle broke and we had to borrow the money to stay there. Because we dont have a bunch of money to throw around we get a night out rarely and it was ruined before it began! Thanks for setting the tone! "

"I went to Pittsburgh to spend time with my family. This apartment was perfect. It is spacious and well appointed. It's close to supermarkets and everything we needed. It's also close enough to the parkway that I could quickly get anywhere I needed to go. On top of it all, Heidi was the perfect house and made me, my family, and my dog feel right at home."
