Absolutely beautiful location!

Perfect for a quick vacation getaway! Don was very communicative and check in was easy. Special touches and all of the amenities one could need. Location was absolutely perfect. Pool was very warm and excellent for the cooler weather. Highlyrecommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here, from the thoughtful welcome gifts to the close proximity to the trolley (literally right outside!). We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, as well as the beach right outside the patio. AMI is our favorite destination, and this condo did not disappoint! It is a lovely short walk on the beach to the Wicked Cantina and Bridge Street.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay here! The condo lived up to our expectations of what we saw online. The garage was an added bonus! The access to the beach was very easy. We will definitely look at renting this property again!

Beautiful Beach Stay!!

This property is a slice of paradise! The cute condo was perfect sitting on a stunning beach just steps away! It was perfect for our party of 4! The trolley was also a great help getting around with stops every few blocks. We will definitely be back!

At Home on the Beach

This was our second time staying here and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect with a pool and beach right outside the apartment and fabulous restaurants nearby. We will be coming back again next summer.

Great Stay!

The property was in a great location...walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The trolly stop is right outside the door. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and beach equipment. The host was very responsive to our questions and even left us a bottle of wine upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on the Beach

Spectacular condo in the perfect location. There's nothing that Don and Lynn have already thought of and provided in the condo. Pool a short few steps away and the beach is another short stroll. We're already planning our return trip!

Home Away from Home

The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and well laid out. The hosts are fabulous and respond quickly to questions. The location is great with onsite parking. Bring directly on the beach and having a pool between your apartment and the beach is priceless. This is our third year staying here and we plan to do so again next year.

Wow! Great condo with amazing views.

Condo is exactly as described plus has additional comfort items that make you feel at home. This was our first time to the area. The beach was beautiful not crowded…. Found so many cute local operated restaurants. Lots to do and condo is perfectly located. In addition all neighbors in bldg and people walking on beach were all so friendly. All around great week long vacation.

Summer Get Away

This years stay was totally awesome. The condo was first class with plenty of room, everything was working and easy to find and operate. Our host was great and the communication he provided was quick and spot on. Other guest were friendly and easy to communicate with our entire stay. This year was so much more enjoyable then last year at Daytona Beach where our host Auntie was not very pleasant. We will definitely be coming back for future trips. Thank You Donald for a great 5 nights.

Best Beachfront Property

We just returned from Donald’s beachfront condo and had an amazing time. My family of 4 came to Anna Maria Island for the first time and the condo location to the beach was perfect. The condo was just as expected and there was a nice welcome card and bottle of wine for us when we checked in. There were some beach chairs and things to use in the sand as well. Donald was a great host and communicated well with all instructions for checking and out. We will definitely be back to the island and hope to rent from Donald again.

Great place, enjoyed our time

You have a beautiful place. The wine and the card left for us were a lovely touch (wine was delicious), and we forgot coffee when we went shopping, but again, you thought of everything and had coffee for us. We had so much fun. The screened in porch right on the beach was paradise! The fan in the smaller bedroom needs some repair as well as the toilet in the master. Otherwise, lovely place!

Great Location

This condo is on the second level of the building with a good view of the ocean. Inside parking for one vehicle was really nice. The unit made access to the pool and beach so easy. It was a smaller unit but was perfect for two of us. It had everything we needed although the beach chair was rusty, I just covered it with a blanket. We had a brief issue with electricity and Don responded within a half hour and got it fixed. Overall a great experience.

Great location.

Communication with Host was always timely. Check-in process was easy. Unfortunately the elevator was broken down that day so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Elevator was fixed by the next morning tho. Condo is cute and proximity to beach is about as close as you can get. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio at sunset. Most places are walkable (restaurants, shopping, and bars) from this location. First time to Anna Maria Island…we liked it very much.

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for our family of young kids. It is on a beautiful beach and close to restaurants. I loved that the pool was right outside our balcony so we could easily access it with the kids. We could quickly go back and forth from the beach to the room. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He helped us out quite a bit and provided a pack n play and high chair for us. The only downside I would say was that there wasn't much usable beach stuff. We ended up having to buy chairs and umbrellas because most of the stuff in the storage area was broken. But we left them there so hopefully the people after us can use them. Other than that this place was really perfect. We would stay here again.
