The Seabreeze Cottage is your home away from home. The tropically decorated interior sets the mood for a relaxing stay. From the minute you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise!

The true highlight of this home is the Tropical Oasis in the backyard! Featuring a large free-form pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and an expansive deck perfect for sunbathing! For those wanting some shade, you can enjoy the views from either the screened lanai or from under the large gazebo as you relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink. For the cook in the group, there is a gas grill available for use.

The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!

The Split plan layout is perfect for friends and families traveling together, everyone enjoys their personal space with plush clean bedding, exceptional pillows, TVs in every room, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed and has a slider that opens to the screened lanai. The 2 guest rooms are bright and cheerful featuring a queen bed in one and the other has a twin and when needed a slide out trundle. The 2 bathrooms are spotless and have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are lots of beach towels. We provide all linens as well, which as you might expect, are extremely nice.
Pool heating is additional 10.00 a day from April 16th to Dec 31st. Pool heating is Included in the rental rate from Jan1st to April 15th.

Tracey is an outstanding property manager. Her key lime pie made us feel welcome right away, and tasted great. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. She has the house nicely organized with signage, so it was an easy stay. The house was very nice. The pool area was especially nice. The local area was great with stores and restaurants close by. I particularly liked the butcher shop just down the street. We highly recommend this property, and we don’t think you can find a better property manager than Tracey.

Thank you to the home owner and host for a great stay! We loved the location, all the amenities were a big plus, and we were so glad our dogs could enjoy this getaway with us. The pool space is fabulous and the beach is just a quick trip over the bridge. We would definitely recommend this property.

Location is convenient to Anna Maria Island, Cortez, Palmetto, Snead's Island and downtown Bradenton. Overall the house was clean, well organized and the amenities were exactly as described. The host was attentive, responsive and very easy to work with.

This home was perfect for our family of four (but could easily accommodate more). Plenty of space and amenities, and the outdoor pool area was fantastic. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to the Bradenton area, and Anna Maria island was only a short car ride away.
