The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay"

"Very comfortable room & bed. Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside."

"When I mentioned it was my daughters 21st, they got her a card & bubbly, so thoughtful. They gave us information surrounding the history of the property, a great insight & an amazing welcome basket. The place was beautiful & cosy. They advised on walks for our dogs & the garden was pretty & safe for them. Would highly recommend "
