No heat in breakfast room with icy wind blowing through. No labelling on some breakfast items. Room somewhat 'compact'. Expensive for an average hotel experience. Next to railway station so very convenient, but not far to walk via park to centre.

Hotel located in a convenient location, next to the train station (city center walkable in 7 mn). Renovations in progress but not noisy, and the new rooms are very nicely decorated, with great amenities such as pillow mist! Great fresh and complete breakfast buffet, delicate attentions such as maccarons & detox water at the front desk. Nice staff.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, hence the slightly lower scores. If you want to sleep, turn off the aircon as it amplifies water noises around you. Staff superb, food ok. New room has zero space between toilet and toilet roll holder, carpet design is…. Interesting.

The property is right beside the train station which is ultra-convenient. Clean, modern facilities. The room was spacious enough. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff very friendly at reception and some of the bar staff also exceptional. Good on you Ernst especially. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Staff are friendly and good location by the train station but I was allocated an old room with a very uncomfortable bed / pillow. The lighting in the room was very poor. Make sure you ask for a room in the new side of the hotel.

The Hotel room was not clean (there was cobwebin the ceeling) The room was not cleaned once in the 4 days in my stay - no clean towers or making of the bed.

Very good. Airco did struggle a bit with the very hot weather. Delicious breakfast and the staff were very helpful in every way. There were smart coronavirus precautions while keeping a friendly and personal atmosphere. Let us leave our bags there the day after before departure, which is great since its right next to the station.

Well located hotel
Well located hotel, one minute walk from the train station. The room is clean and not too small although has a feeling of a bit old, probably it's the carpet. Breakfast was good and service is friendly and helpful

I had a great stay at Apollo Hotel Breda City Center! It was just me and my son as we stayed for Corso Zundert. I loved that it was so close to the train station (only a 2-minute walk!) and not far from the Grote Markt area. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and spacious. I loved that they had a "Go Green" option with the room cleaning as well! I used my voucher to get a hot chocolate, which was delicious! If we go again next year, I would definitely stay here again!

2 single beds pushed together!
The double room was not a double bed. It was 2 single beds pushed together which was very frustrating when 1 of us would end up slipping into the middle. Telephoned reception to ask for more tea, coffee, milk and sugar as only 1 sachet of sugar was provided and 1 sachet of powdered milk. Receptionist told me to go downstairs and collect it. Not very good customer service skills at all. Overall the hotel was nice enough, just the 2 minor complaints. Good location, right next to the train station and a 2 minute walk to the park which was lovely.

Great service and location! 😃
Very pleasant stay here for the weekend. Fantastic location, friendly staff who are willing to help with anything. Rooms were dark enough that we didn’t realise what time of day it was and didn’t hear any noise at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and service, thanks for a great stay.

Apollo Hotel Breda is definitely a good hotel but we were a bit unlucky with some very noisy neighbours. That happens sometimes, just when I thought I have to warn staff after more then 1 hour, these neighbours fell drunk asleep. When I mentioned next morning to the staff they did everything to make our stay as good as possible. So my advice: a stay at this hotel is comfortable. Perhaps you might hear some trains but the hotel is well isolated.
