"Great space and location"

"Studio apartment was really good and perfect size. It is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is on a busy road so there js road noise which is to be expected. There is a terrace at the rear of the property which can be used by everyone and is lovely to sit out on. You are asked for a security deposit and ID before check in which is not something that is mentioned by Hotels.com when I booked it. At the time of writing I have not had the deposit back but am assuming that is...

"Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded"
