"We stayed there for our honeymoon, straight after our wedding party, and sadly didn't even get an acknowledgement which was super disappointing. We had actually phoned in advance and asked if we could have something special in our room (which we would pay for) - the staff said they'd put it on file... sadly, to no avail. Breakfast was incredibly chaotic. Queues took ages, food was running low on almost every station, ordering our 1-dish-per-person was hard as there was barely any staff covering our section. A huge shame as the hotel was actually comfortable, the pool / jacuzzi area was good and the location was great. But the service really let this down. Would not recommend."

"Overall it was a great stay - very convenient as we were working next door at the BDC. The breakfast was excellent, the inside of the room was excellent too. However we did not like the smell of paint nor the look of the corridors getting decorated during our stay. And, we did not appreciate being kept out of the bar area on the Friday night and for breakfast on the Saturday morning because the whole area was reserved for the Arsenal Ladies football team - guests were relegated to the very small executive lounge - should have been the other way around. "

"The receptionist was extremely helpful when he asked if we had a preference to a room and we asked for quiet one. He found us the perfect room that was away from the bar at the back of the hotel away from the main road. So we had the best night sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and a very good size."
