"Being familiar with London, this place had more space than usual. Beds were fine (but hard). Fridge was full of half drank bottles of wine and milk when we arrived. I had to disinfect the kitchen before it could be used. Oven and microwave were filthy too. Late checkout to store our luggage was appreciated."
