"Beautiful property however the room they put us in originally was DRAMATICALLY different than the pictures. We asked to be changed and they did so however we weren’t in our room until after 4:30pm. I dined at the restaurant and mentioned the dining discount. They couldn’t apply it and said it would be resolved at checkout. It wasn’t. Nice property but next time I’ll book direct so the quality of the room and service are matched. Would definitely stay again and location can’t be beat! "

"Our stay at the Montague was first rate. Check-in was the most pleasant ever. Every staff member was courteous and professional. The room was a VIP upgrade to a suite. Turn down service, chocolates on the bed, just a wonderful experience. The leopard bar was cozy and the jazz saxophonist terrific. Restaurant looked top notch but did not eat there. This is my London hotel!"

"Very nice and well managed hotel in a good location. We booked a double room and were surprised to have a room with a very narrow double bed: too small for 2 people. We had to pay GBP50 per night (a discounted rate we were told) to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and were not offered a free upgrade."
