"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Luv the staff! Nice, informative and very accommodating! The hotel itself has definitely seen its glory days but I honestly think in its present this adds to its charm. I love the english breakfast and looked forward to it everyday that we were there. The rooms were definitely smaller than the more updated hotels but it suited our needs. I would recommend this hotel for its accessibility so close to Paddington station. "
