Great location ..walking distance to St Pancras and Euston with minimal outside noise ...breakfast superb..probably the best breakfast we've ever had . "We chose the hotel last minute, due to a bad experience with the previous one. But the reality is that it was the best choice, the place has a great location, the room is comfortable and quiet, the staff is 24 hours and very friendly. The lounge always has tea or coffee and is spacious. The only thing to consider is maybe a little that there is no elevator, but we had no problem with our small suitcases. The hotel provides recommendations which we used for breakfast and it was a good choice as well, it is close to bus stops, subway and main train station. It made our stay in London very enjoyable, we will definitely come back."

"Check in was super quick and Thanveer supported a newer member of staff to get us quickly checked in. He was very attentive and advised we had been give a free upgrade on our rooms the top floor. Breakfast had been included. The room was comfortable and spacious. After an hour of being in the room we received a knock at the door. A lovely lady deliver balloons and a bottle of prosecco off with a nice anniversary message. Food for evening meal amd breakfast was lovely, fresh and well prepared. 20 mons nice walk from Kings Cross, but if you have luggage get a taxi."

"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "
