"Great location, rooms and standard of the hotel was good for the price. The staff we encountered were all brilliant. When we arrived the toilet was blocked in our room, but this was sorted quickly and with no fuss. "

"It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am. "

"Room is tiny, and chose no windows as was only here for a few hours. Very clean room. Handy spot for stations and quick walk to the three. Not much else to say, cheapish tiny clean room in handy location. "
