We arrived from Euston, a 10 minute walk. We were early for check in but asked anyway and we were able to check in earlier than stated. The room was plenty big enough for 2 adults, a super king size bed and the bathroom was big enough. Lovely walk in shower. Most importantly; clean! The staff were welcoming and there is plenty staff available if needed. The breakfast buffet is great value for money, very attentive staff. The room was warm (it is summer!) there was a tower fan in the room - were British it’s what were used to and it did the trick. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This hotel was fantastic, would definitely stay again! It was right near the British museum, close to buses and tube stations, easy to all to tons of tourist attractions that we wanted to see. Close to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford circus, china town, Leicester square, we walked everywhere! Hotel was great, enough space for our luggage, nice bathroom, cleaned daily. Will definitely go back!

The staff were wonderful! The breakfast was very nice...plenty of options. (The pastries constantly looked like they were 2 days old..). The rooms were clean, the location fabulous! The main problem....no air conditioning, the window opens just a sliver, the fan was barely enough to be of any use. I realize this is a general problem in europe however unfortunately, it is no longer hot 2 weeks out of the year. It is hot for months and it was unbearable during the nights. We cannot stay again until this issue improves. Other then that ..the location, the staff, ...everything was very nice
