It’s conveniently located. Housekeeping staff are very nice and they do a great job. Reception is minimalist. The hotel is refurbished but is in an old building. There’s no air conditioning, a fan is provided (which we didn’t use) and the radiator works only half the time. Beds are very comfortable.

Stayed 2 times now.... location is spot on. Nearby tube options and a nice walk away from theatres and the mall. Bed is really really comfy and well worth the money There is also a very handy little shop in the ground floor lobby too

The staff were friendly and even though it's a big hotel, once the windows were closed it was relatively quiet. There was no air-con however, but the hotel does forewarn you of this.

Room was clean and comfortable. I had a good night sleep as well. It was close to a lot of restaurants and a few minutes walk to an underground station. There is a nice park nearby as well.
