"Everything was just as it always is very clean very efficient very welcoming which is very important. The reception staff helped me a couple of times for which I was very appreciative. Enjoy the food in the restaurant and a lovely glass of wine with very glad to see you had white Zinfandel from California. I have sent an email about the dreadful experience I had with the minicab driver that you arranged for me I think it was with comfort cabs. You might be worried of letting anybody else go with that company and maybe find a different one. I was really quite afraid in the back of that cab."

"It felt very secure. Great location. Lovely staff. Great 24h cover. Can leave luggage before or after check in/out. Quiet. Comfortable. Fan helpful in the summer. The towel was a touch small that's all. "
