"On arrival we were early only wanted to drop off our luggage but the staff said she would check if the room is ready which it was and also an an upgrade. The room was clean and the toiletries were of a good quality. I do tend to bring my own but was happy to use the products provided."

"Kimpton Fitzroy London Overview: The hotel is visually stunning both externally and internally. It is and feels like a 5 star hotel. Great location for the British Museum, UCL and walking distance from London Euston, Kings Cross and Eurostar, with a tube stop right outside the hotel. Fitz restaurant was a nice way to spend and evening and start the day. The staff were attentive and venison/wine was perfect! Room: Room was cosy and has all the facilities you’d expect, although quite tight on space - great for a night, but too small for a weekend or two people as the space for luggage is taking valuable space. I had a standard Queen room, which was overlooking the interior (not a nice view at all, but if you are there for business, as I was, it didn’t impact my stay). Bed and pillows comfortable and had a really good night sleep - was so quiet! Summary: I’d definitely recommend the hotel, for business and weekend travel (book a larger room). Hotel staff were excellent, hotel was impeccable and for such a large hotel, it never felt crowded."
