"Double room was small but cosy and clean, in the best location for access to shops, shows and food, staff couldn’t be more helpful, we dropped out bags before check in and they were in our room when we checked in later, they also brought them back out for us after we again used to the storage room after checking out, such nice touches!"

"I arrived for one of my many visits but my room wasn't ready. The man on reception (I think Rashid) whi has served me before was very good and got my room changed immediately which was a big help. Room was a bit noisy but then again it is near KX."

"Perfect spot for two. Staff was super friendly, good breakfast, full bar dinner options limited but that's ok i normally don't eat at my hotels. But I can't overstate how awesome the staff was. Rafael, Julia Patrick and Benjamin were all so friendly and made the stay that much more pleasing. They also carried one of my all time favorite rum "
