"Good location. Room was ok. Sink dirty and could have done witb two pillows each and larger towels and hand towels for each of us. No bath mat which was needed. "

"Clean room but not as expected 2 completely different family rooms and not advised at check in. The room we had with the youngest traveller had the bunkbed which was not the best for 4 year old "

"Upper floor garden view rooms are the best but other rooms work too! Excellent breakfast buffet, perfect location for accessing the West End Theatre, the British Museum, local buses to EVERYWHERE in London, etc. Reasonable, fair pricing. Nearby restaurants (Italian just across the street is low priced award-winning fare). Away from the crowds and noise but walkable to Leceister Square and Euston, with tubes and buses nearby for easy access! 5th time staying there, feels like a "home neighborhood" at this point."
