"As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here. Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. The description promises a lift, but it doesn't make clear that after you open the apartment door you are confronted with a steep staircase up to the apartment--not easy for seniors with luggage. "This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!"

"The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden "

"The property was very clean, and had appropriate bedding and bath towels for our family group of five. The location was great, right across the street from Harrods, and Knightsbridge train station. The building lift worked. I would book this flat again!"
