"A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty. Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel. "

"Dimitry at the front desk was great, very welcoming and professional. We stayed only one night, but Dimitry held our luggage a day early so we could travel to Liverpool. Our room was typical hotel size, not huge but not tiny either. Our bed was smaller than a queen, but we managed. Our room was situated near the rear of the hotel, so we had to deal with people making noise in the morning. Hotel serves breakfast, but we haven't partaken. Yet."

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). Otherwise, it's a great place for the money in a nice area. It's just not very central so be...

"Very clean and nice atmosphere. The double bed is great but the sofa bed not very comfortable. Reception staff are excellent. Overall good to stay."

"The check in experience was excellent. They were in touch leading up to the stay and we were able to drop our bags and they very kindly put them in our room for us. The creme egg for our daughter was a lovely touch too after a long trip. The room was perfect for a family of 3 with our little girl getting her own room. The transport links were excellent and there were lots of lovely places to eat a stones throw away. You got discount at a lovely bakery nearby too on showing proof of your stay....

"Lovely friendly staff and welcome. For London this is a clean and safe property for the price. I am not bothered by frills and luxury and would need to pay more if I wanted these at another hotel. The breakfast was coffee or two toast with butter, jams, cereals and orange juice. I wish I brought with me a bath plug so I could have run a bath. The shower worked well and was clean."
