"Place was spotless and staff very friendly and nice. Well located near I’ve stations, shops and Hyde Park. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked with essentials and listed implied there was a washer in the room and there wasn’t. Overall, good value for what you get. "

"We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator. Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."

"I think this listing is a scam. I tried to contact the property days before arrival, no reply. Day of check-in tried again, nothing until 1 hour before check-in I get a call saying that Expedia has not paid and now we have to find another place to stay. It is very difficult to find a place to stay at short notice in the London area. Stay away from this property as I think it's a scam. I also believe Expedia should do a much better job vetting properties."
