The area is not ideal but the property itself is super clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and there were tons of food options all around the property. And the bus stop is right outside! Super convenient

Shower leaked water all over the bathroom, multiple bugs all over the apartment, no AC just a single table fan. Besides that, ok apartment, easy entry/exit process, and good communication from owner

The room its self is 4 stars. Clean and well furnished. Main issues are in the location and building.The location is in kind of a run down area, that made me a bit wary of going outside at night. The building its self is a bit run down. Doors and elevator are loud and can be heard in the room.All-in-all, I think this place is priced well. If you are ok staying in a more low-income area, and do not mind a bit of noise, the room is a good value.
