"The room was incredible. It was clean with a great view of the London bridges and Big Ben. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was perfect and fresh."

"Very stressful to turn up, having booked months in advance to tell me my booking on the hotels.com app had been lost (‘failed to integrate’ apparently)! Not the calm check-in experience I hoped for pre-marathon day. Once a room was found for me, after a prolonged delay, the actual stay was very pleasant & the location perfect."

"Good, clean room, on the small side but what you would expect with the room descriptions. Quick check in. Lacking tea/coffee and pens etc from rooms which would have been nice."

"Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which surprised me for a 4 star rating. Drinks machine at reception for additional charge Great location, would stay again "
