"What a wonderful flat! We enjoyed our week there so much. The host was amazing and responsive,.His detailed instructions made everything so simple.The best part was the flat and the location. It is literally in the center of everything. Getting anywherewas so easy. The flat was neat and tidy and very well equipped…including with umbrellas and converters! "I love the convenience of the location and its spot on the banks of the Thames. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The staff working at the various restaurants and bars were some of the nicest and most fun people I met! The only issue was the contactless check-in I tried through the guest portal. It didn't seem to work properly and I had to check-in at the front desk in the end which was inconvenient. The other issue was room service. While the service itself was great, I got overcharged by over £20 when I settled up at checkout, which I couldn't deal with as I had to rush out to catch a flight. So the start and end of my stay was disappointing but the stay itself was great."
