"The Hotel.... 1) We loved the fact that the Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town/Strip (Albufeira)... we choose when to visit. 2) The Reception Staff were all very helpful 3) The majority of the Breakfast Staff and Lunch Time Staff (around the Pool Area)..... Tried the hardest to please but there English was Not their Best. 4) On the last day of our stay...... Mohammed was introduced to help with Lunchtime.... He could converse with ease. I'm Sorry to say that our Portuguese is non-existent ( which is shame on us) 5) Catarina Simoes is very hands on and saw her most days supervising and tidying up various parts of the Hotel to help her staff. On the Whole a very satisfying stay.... We hope to return some day.... Unfortunately so many places to visit. Thank you Catarina .... you have a Lovely Hotel."

"The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow. As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms."
