They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. "Poolside was comfortable but could’ve been more cleaner, however there were a good amount of people so of course everything had been out of place. "

"While the staff were kind, it is worth noting that this property is VERY noisy with limited soundproofing. Despite paying a premium for a high floor and staying on the 25th floor, we could still hear cars, sirens, footsteps, nearby showers, doors closing, and conversation. Due to the noise, our sleep was interrupted constantly and we left feeling exhausted."
