"The good: great location as it's right on the seafront. It's a clean property and has a nice contemporary feel. The flat has most of the things you need, except those listed below. The not so good: communication with owner poor. Never responded to an initial query prior to booking about late checkout, then didn't respond at all during booking. "We had a very nice stay in this flat. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. An easy walk from the train and into town for many restaurants and pubs."

"We came down for the rugby. Flat was as advertised and a great space for 5 women. Kitchen and living area were great. Bathroom was small and needs updating but was functional. Bedrooms were good size but tired and weren’t the cleanest in the wardrobes and under the beds etc and were cold. It was great for what we needed. The only issue were the door keys which were slightly bent and a real hassle to get in and back out of the locks."

"Great location lovely apartment. Had hoped for a better balcony it didn’t feel secure enough to sit out on and was too narrow no furniture on it. Also the day before I left I returned to find a rug in the lounge that wasn’t there before so someone had been in apartment while I out. I would have been good to have been given prior notice that this would be happening."

"Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside...

We have already booked a holiday break at this property later in the year. Within walking distance of the castle and all the shops and restaurants in the city. Some parking available too.
