"A lovely newly built cabin in the woods overlooking the lake. The views from the sitting room and decking outside are beautiful. "Pros: we spend 5 days in Berlin and loved the location. Is easy excess to the Interstates for day tours around Berlin. Public transportation in great if you want to go into Berlin .Mr.and Mrs. war very helpful. Only downfall if you need Internet do not count on. It is very slow and kicks you out. "Located close to Alexanderplatz U & S bhan, the Hampton by Hilton offers a well connected place to stay. From the outside it fits in with the other concrete blocks (although a new build rather than Soviet era adaptation) but rooms are excellent sound proofed and comfortable. "What do you expect ? It is The Hilton. It is not just Hilton. It is The Hilton Berlin ; It is The Best you will receive. The hotel room is very clean. There are so many full length mirrors everywhere ; Two ceiling to floor mirrors by the room window. The bathroom is so shiny and clean. Marble sink counter and marble floor. Housekeeping makes the beds daily. The Hilton Berlin is just right across The GENDARMENMARKT ; Berlin's Top Tourist Attraction where the Konzerthaus Berlin situates with the twin domed churches. You save your taxi fare if you stay at The Hilton Berlin. You are right at the famous public square "GENDARMENMARKT". The Hilton Berlin staff personnels are very polite and very kind from the minute you check in at The Front Desk Counter all the way to The Breakfast Buffet Restaurant Staffs. They are very tolerated and very pleasant servers. The Hilton Berlin Breakfast is amazing and there are so many choices with an ample huge variety. Now, this is what I call "GERMANY". I have been to GERMANY 3 Times including This wonderful Hilton Berlin."

"The rooms were slightly small but still very comfortable and great decoration. The rooms towards the inner patio have better views and it’s quieter. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety! The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the subway and is very close to Alexanderplatz."
