Fantasic I will definitely stay again. My room had a kitchen with microwave grill, toaster, kettle and hob. Not much space for clothes in cupboard. I went for a standard room. Bring washing powder if you plan to use the free laundry to avoid having to buy a box. Staff excellent. Free tea and coffee. Highly recommend.

Well this was a surprise. Welcoming staff. Helpful discount on nearby parking at the railway station. A great room with well equipped kitchenette - it even had a dishwasher! The blockout curtains work. It was quiet, although I think rooms 001 to 003 are probably among the least peaceful. Breakfast was also something of a revelation - its much more than a basic continental breakfast and the hot selection is actually hot rather than tepidly warm. I'd certainy return if I needed to be in Brighton.

Staff were all really friendly, There wasn't too much disturbance from other guest during the night. The Breakfast area was too small for peak times and felt chaotic, but the food was nice once you found a seat.

Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy. The hotel was in a fabulous location, a less than 10 min walk from Brighton Station. The area was very quiet at night. The buffet breakfast was very fresh and a fantastic choice available. A very relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give our stay 10/10 and we will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room with everything you need and more. Great bed large bathroom cooking facilities microwave and job plus safe iron . Gym (not used) breakfast very good . I really should keep this place to myself.

Nice hotel but staff with no enthusiasm
Hotel looked new and fresh unfortunately with it new and upmarket some of the staff lacked any enthusiasm or customer care. The duty manager on Friday was moody and unapproachable and on one occasion when I was showing my partner around he gave me a disapproving look that I asked him a question. The morning breakfast hall attendant lifted our plates and cups before we got a chance to finish the tea, looked like he wanted to be somewhere else. There was lack of information how the room appliances work but the manager did come to the room to investigate. Not good to overhear the duty manager slating either a customer or member of staff in the breakfast area to another colleaqe .

Very convenient location close to the railway station and short walk into the centre of Brighton’s shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and very comfortable with a large bed and good quality pillows. Our bathroom was a large wet room which we liked but might not suit everyone. There was a small kitchenette area with fridge microwave toaster, kettle and sink. An excellent complementary breakfast was included making this excellent value for money for Brighton.

Nice find
Nice, different to what we have stayed in before. Fab shower, bath was great but shame by the time you filled it up with water it was luke warm. Very bright clock on microwave which lit up the whole bedroom at night, so had to find a way of covering it. All in all pleasant, comfortable, location was good.

Hidden gem search no more.
What a hidden gem! Will definitely stay again, can’t a single thing wrong with the stay. Close to train station and tucked out of the way ( hard to find). Free laundry, free breakfast, room was huge, super clean and the staff, ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. Like a 5 star resort! Will definitely stay here again

Expected better. Overpriced.
Toilet was not clean. No door on shower so water goes all over the floor and floor stays wet and slippery for ages. Did not recieve any fresh towels in our 5 day trip, so they stayed wet. Especially from trying to mop up the wet floor. Breakfast had less varitey than cheaper hotels. No bacon, no ham, maybe one type of cerial. No yoghurt or fruit either. Thought the pool table would be free to use for guest but it was not. No cleaning stuff provided to put in the washining machine. Also the big shower head dripped cold water which was annoying when trying to use the smaller one. The small shower head didnt fit in the holder on the wall, if you could manage to make it fit it was angled so that it sprayed water at the opposite wall, where you hang towels so they got soaked. It also fell off easily and hit you on the head. Room 446.

Excellent location, Clean, Spacious room
Stayed at the Staybridge Brighton for a long weekend. Location is next too the train station (down some steps) and only 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Brighton's colourful laines. Early check in (and late check out) was available for joining their membership (free, only needed to provide an email) which was helpful as we arrived slightly ahead of time. Hotel was modern, clean and spacious. Rooms also spacious for a standard double, bathroom was nice and liked the small kitchenette area. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Air con in our room was slightly noisy although overall not a massive issue. Staff were polite and friendly, explained everything clearly and front desk was always occupied when we went past - should we have ever needed. Would stay again and would recommend.

Really comfy stay; quiet, clean and well- equipped room. My only complaint is that although the place is dog friendly, I had to pay an extra dog fee on check in and I wasn’t allowed to take my dog into the breakfast room for coffee.

We appreciate your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations. it is just some guest and staff had allergies for dogs and also it was PET POLICY to pay for a charge of 10 pounds because your accommodation included your fee plus tax and not included for the pet. Good location, close to station and easy walking distance of central Brighton. Only complaint was our room was a bit warmer than we would have liked at night and being 6th floor not possible to open the window.

Banging doors all night!
Inwas really disappointed as i didn't sleep well. Lots of banging doors ( message to the hotel, the doors are way to heavy and hard to close quietly ) You can also hear through the thin walls, which isn't great for a new hotel. I wont be back im afraid!

Pride rip off. Standard corporate behaviour
It was ok. Nowt special, No room service at the wkd so we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the embarrassed reception staff. And you’d forgot to empty the bin from the previous guest…..Despite paying the hiked prices of £230 a night for Pride wkd. Must you rip off the gays?
