Nice staff, good location, tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it but no alternative offered . Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfortable .

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare.
It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided.
Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.
